I have been obsessed with it since I can remember, and regardless of all of the critic snobs, it's such a nice, and heartfelt movie. Yeah, it has a predictable script, but whatever! It's a good plot, and the atmosphere is always so nice. And the soundtrack is so lovely!! "This Time" (sung by Johnathan Rhys Meyers) is legitimately one of the best songs I've ever seen in a movie. 10/10. Definitely watch! You don't rate a comedy vs a drama and fantasy vs drama and horror vs drama, and so on. Dramas are not the bar of excellence. A 5 star feel-good fantasy story is not comparable to a 5 star drama or 5 star horror or 5 star comedy. Critic snobs are setting their own bar at Good Will Hunting drama, and comparing everything in every genre to that bar, which is nonsense. See more Jon E @RT65508931 Mar 30 This is a thoughtful and awesome movie. A must see. Loved it from beginning to end. Likely one of the best movies in my lifetime. This will cause you to rethink music - as it is all around you. Robin Williams is a supporting actor / does a great job. Freddie is in a zone, Terrific performance. I watched it 10 times on a weekend. Watched it by myself. Called my wife in and watched it again. Went to my son’s house watched it again. Went to grandmas watched it again. If anyone asks me about a great family movie, this is #1, in my book. Good music, writing, music, and actors with a solid story end to end. A joyful movie in every dimension. This is a must see - although just as good if you listen and close your eyes. See more Niambi S @RT56113957 Mar 23 One of my favorite movies of all time. The acting for me was perfect in the sense of it’s supposed to feel real; like it’s happening in a moment that the rest of the world isn’t aware of. I’m not sure why so many show lack of interest to this movie. I believe it’s because so many are use to over the top acting when everyone’s face has to match the energy in the room. Not all individuals are like that in reality and even though to me they all did a wonderful job this musical genius was the best actor of them all. See more Read all reviews
