Nice movie frequency best.
wonderful wonderful script!
It has heart, touching, and interesting story telling exactly what people want to see in 'good movies'.
For all the manipulation of the time-space continuum in the name of string theory, the Oedipal fantasies and acousmatic voice, the intertwined parallels between violently dispassionate law, dispassionately violent fire, and passionately violent serial killers, perhaps the most ridiculous and most poetic thing here is that someone would still go ham on a ham radio at the turn of the millennium.
Atmospheric and thrillingly suspenseful, Frequency packs an unforgettable film that will keep you guessing at every corner.
I had to write a movie review about it.
It's one thing to have to temporarily suspend disbelief of the supernatural, and to play along with arbitrary rules governing those phenomena. But it's quite another to have those rules non-uniformly applied. Fun concepdespite the imperfect execution and logical holes.
The unique premise is riveting enough to keep watching, but Frequency sloppily meshes genres in an already stuffed film.
This is one of my all time favorites.Great actors, and story line.Thumbs up!!
i really liked this movie when it first came out. it probably blew my mind at the time. now it seems very dated. it's still a cool idea, but the movie overall was really slow and hard to get thru. i doubt i'll ever watch it again (2 viewings)
