Movie Info

This update of the classic Miguel de Cervantes tale, based on a novel by Graham Greene, follows Father Quixote (Alec Guinness), a Spanish priest who gets promoted to the status of monsignor. Quixote embarks on a trip in his car -- dubbed "Rocinante" -- with his Communist friend, Sancho Zancas (Leo McKern), getting involved in numerous adventures while on the road.
