02/12/2010 I guess you have to be Singaporean to appreciate this film that made more at the box office in Singapore than any other movie; it has a promising start and some not-so-subtle satire about the locals' obsession with money, but overall a silly, simplistic, and badly produced... hopefully part 2 is better See more 04/26/2009 This black comedy is very very Singaporean. You won't understand it if you've not lived long enough in Singapore. I believe it portrays well the grass root there. In certain sense it could be a rude awakening to the reality. Whilst the market is flooded with movies that are getting more and more commercialised, we should welcome more movies such as Qian Bu Gou Yong.
