Arcade-game character Wreck-It Ralph is tired of always being the bad guy and losing to his good guy opponent, Fix-It Felix. Finally, after decades of seeing all the glory go to Felix, Ralph decides to take matters into his own hands. He sets off on a game-hopping trip to prove that he has what it takes to be a hero. However, while on his quest, Ralph accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens the entire arcade.

Phil Johnston and Jennifer Lee’s script finds sad, trapped, silly characters locked inside their programming and desperate to escape, and in these energetic and colorful settings, losing yourself in their struggle for freedom and acceptance is effortless.

Pretty sure this was another one I watched a good bit as a youth, and I thought it was just as good! Everything flowed super well, and it was just refreshing to watch. Let's call this "Ready Player One," but animated.

best movie ever, the art the characters, the end of song choice this is just wow. Hate how they made him feel like a villain, but at the end he changed his mind and how he viewed himself and he loved being the bad guy and Penelope and turbo What a plot twist, never expected it just beautiful could watch again and again and again
