Jody C @JodyCazz Jun 9 A surprisingly straight forward story. Its a horror movie that contains little horror. Its uncomfortable for a lot of the story but as much as I found the symbolic nature and plot interesting, it didnt do a good job overall as a horror movie. There was one scene alone that scared me(and it got my pretty good lol) but this felt more like a debut for this director that was more of a message than a movie. I dont hate it, but I definitely dont love it as a horror movie. Scare factor: 4/10. See more Torben E @Torben May 29 A very unsettling movie. VERY unsettling because the more the main character is trying to understand what is happening around her the more you are going to feel that the whole story will be coming to a very bad end eventually. There are some twists and turns to keep you guessing but it all leads down a dark alley. This movie is probably not for everyone but it's great film-making. Morfydd Clark and Jennifer Ehle are both amazing and they carry the whole story line with ease. But I have to mention Morfydd Clark again because she's the absolute center of this film. Her acting is incredibly intense and you will definitely share Maud's pain from the first minute to the last. I hope that Morfydd Clarke will take more roles in smart indie films in the future because she is extremely talented and easily manages to give her film characters depth and complexity, without using too many words. See more Constence B @RT41489045 Apr 18 From a healthcare workers perspective this was a chilling watch. Her feeling "God" in the beginning was initially a little confusing but once I got the hang of what was going on it made more sense. I also thought it added to an unknown factor in the movie. I love the suspense and never knowing what’s going to happen. The ending of the movie was pleasantly not at all what I expected. It truly delivered. I loved this movie and would highly recommend it.
