The last Saw before the 7 years hiatus. From the same director as the 6th one, this one is pretty similar to last one in terms of plot. The main character going through the traps series has a story that made a lot of sense to be included. Although the traps still tie to main character and are pretty entertaining, they are not as good as the 6th. However, the most offensive thing is that the blood are obviously pink. There is one character who is a detective and is supposed to catch Jigsaw. However, his acting is terrible and his background is unnecessarily forced. Overall, although the traps are still good, this one is too similar to the 6th one, but with more problems. 6/10
The roller coaster is already stopping, that's literally saw, first second and third climb, and half a quarter, such a shitty decline of fifth, a lower climb the sixth, and a stop the seventh, although, it is much better than the fifth, the 3D shit it, pink blood, ha, who believes it, clinging to the bad guy of the movie, at least this movie is half structured, very mediocre traps as it closes and the fall of fans does not seem to me that this delivery be from the heap
The story somehow gets even worse, movie is all over the place just to try and wrap things up neatly but continues to convolute itself, the games and traps are better than ever but jumping all over the place removes you even further from what's going on, terrible end to a drawn out franchise.
Previous Saw movies had a moral behind each trap, and a lesson as a vocal point of the movie. This movie revolves around killing motivated by a selfish hate toward good people. It is tasteless and glorifies evil instead of any type of justice.
The people in the traps are more annoying than relatable, and the twist at the end seemed forced.
While the twist towards the end was a little bit frivolous, this managed to be a solid way to close the books on Saw with more gore, more suspense, and a unique revenge story.
It doesn't really add much to the story. There's a twist that's pretty surprising but doesn't enhance the story. It's just a lot more of the same, except with a villain who doesn't seem to have much motive other than just plain revenge.
While its not completely devoid of entertainment, Saw 3D is an installment that leaves a whole lot to be desired and just makes you feel a little dirty inside.
It's not really going to be the final one as a guy who pretended to be the survivor of Jigsaw's games and got rich from writing books about it, gets to really take part in a game.
Despite the unimaginative traps and Russell's horrible acting, this was a smart movie with a great story and a satisfying reappearance from Elwes. A good way to end the series.
I think it's a good movie, it's the best movie in the franchise that has the best traps and the plot is centered, there are things that are inconsistent but in general it seemed like a good movie.
