The Outlaws Reviews

A high quality cops versus gangsters movie, with the added bonus of foreign gangsters trying to take over the turf of native gangsters. Believable action and fighting sequences that look more like street fights than martial arts exhibitions. The violence is moderated and not overly gory and leaves a lot to the imagination. No superfluous love interest to distract from the story, which is a major plus. The ultimate showdown, which you know must occur in this type of movie, takes a little too long to get to in the end. Otherwise, good pacing and some moderate goofiness to balance the action.

This has some pretty offensive moments, as you do for pretty much every male-centric criminal genre in Korean movie industry for decades. It's very memorable for the unique dialect, accents, and one-liners. Watch this if you just have too much things on your mind and want to just have some fun.
