Haunted by nightmares of his horrific experiences, World War II hero Louis Zamperini meets Cynthia Applewhite, a young woman who becomes his wife. Zamperini's personal demons soon threaten to destroy his marriage -- until he hears the stirring words of the Rev. Billy Graham in 1949. There is never any evidence on display here that director Harold Cronk has any interest about any aspect of Zamperini's life except for his religious conversion and as a result, the film is little more than a listless melodrama.

Wasn't a huge budget, but did a great job with money available. The first one was better. Love these stories of Faith and Integrity.

Compared to the first, this one better explains the protagonist's emotional side. All Italians are Catholic, so the Woksists who criticize him for talking about God and Jesus are pitiful. The idea is that God (he could have been of any religion) helped him get back to life.

Loved it and I loved the first movie and I'm happy to see they came back and followed the first up. It shows the struggle of a man who's battling from what would probably be ptsd from horrible treatment in ww2 camps for pows and his path to redemption and being saved by the one true God Jesus Who alone is the only true peace and salvation we can have

Seria uma sequência do filme anterior "Invencível" de 2014, o pós-guerra e suas sequelas dolorosas e traumáticas, não consigo imaginar como é sobreviver a tanta tortura, mental e física e ter de voltar a realidade, de onde parou como se nada tivesse acontecido, inicialmente achei o protagonista um tanto arrogante, mas com o tempo percebemos que são as marcas deixadas pelas mazelas da guerra, lindo filme, triste e bonito, com fundo gospel e esperançoso…

Horrendous, horrendous film. Exploiting the success of a Hollywood film to grab the money from Christians, pander to them, and neglect rather important things like good acting, plotting, and other necessities.
