Movie Info
In summer 1937, young Sarah Cooper (Katy Kurtzman) has befriended mute handyman Albert Cavanaugh. Many in the town shun him and call him "Snowman" because of his white hair. Though innocent, Cavanaugh is arrested for murdering a candy-store proprietor, but Sarah pleads with her father (Dean Jones), who is an attorney, to defend him because she knows in her heart that Albert didn't do it. Her dad agrees, and the subsequent trial uncovers the darkness beneath the town's tranquility.
