Since coming to the West, Yoga has transformed the lives of so many people in many amazing ways. This doco takes you through some really inspiring stories. highly recommended!
Yogawoman is an uplifting and inspiring film showcasing the rise in popularity of yoga for women along with the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits associated with regular practice, regardless of your age. Documentaries sometimes run the risk of overloading the audience with facts and information, but Yogawoman avoids this by interspersing enjoyable and engaging personal stories told by individual women whose lives have been profoundly changed for the better through doing yoga. A delightful film.
This is a great - and important! - film. Beautifully shot and very uplifting. Don't miss it.
Wow! Loved this movie. going to recommend it to my sister and mom. Never thought yoga could make such a difference.
What an inspiring film! Even if you don't practice yoga it's definitely worth watching.
Yogawoman, not for women only. An inspiring movie for women and men showing the inspirational and healing power of yoga.
