John F. S @RT47967565 03/02/2023 Reading the reviews... There seems to be disbelief that a house can be renovated in 24 hours. Well, there's a TV show showing it can be done. Face facts. Do you not believe your own eyes? Next, there seems to be doubts about quality. I see stone countertops, new windows, crown molding. nice bathroom fixtures, quality tubs, sinks and toilets, a full deck, new walkways and landscaping, stainless steel appliances... Do you imagine all renovators spend infinite amounts of money? No, like any business person they spend what is required to get a return. if you want to see a show about design... There are plenty of other shows which are more designed oriented. Most in fact... What is unique about this show, what is truly disruptive, is that it's about the home renovations from the perspective of a real estate investor who is running a business and wants to make money. "The business of America is business." So, calling someone greedy who is in business to make money, obviously, is to question the principles of our society, capitalism, etc. Maybe that is too much for a review on Rotten Tomatoes? lol. But, I think people who buy and renovate homes, business people who risk their capitol... Sure, they are interested in design, but they are more interested in how to make money.
