A century before the events of "Game of Thrones," two unlikely heroes wander Westeros. In an adaption of George R. R. Martin's novella "The Hedge Knight," a young and naive but courageous knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his diminutive squire, Egg, face a series of dangerous exploits. Set in an age when the Targaryen line still holds the Iron Throne and images of the last dragon have not yet passed from living memory, great destinies and powerful foes await these improbable and incomparable friends.

Finally got around to this one. This show is a perfect example of why script writing is the most important aspect of filmmaking... better than the back four seasons of GOT and the entirety of HOD... damn near flawless.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is off to a fantastic start. The cinematography is stunning, with incredible attention to detail that brings the world of Westeros to life. The performances are excellent, and the characters are immediately engaging. The backstories are well-developed, making it easy to become invested in their journeys. It captures the charm, adventure, and depth that fans of George R. R. Martin’s universe will appreciate. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to see where the story goes!
