V C 01/08/2022 Too much stupid music over the cooking. Too much ego and "spiritual" crap about cooking with fire. Show the cooking, explain the method. Nobody cares about your sexuality or how your childhood framed your approach to BBQ. Bourdain's show was light years ahead of this and it showed actual cooking rather than BS emotional stories. We get it. You're special. move on.
