Over a decade ago, a gruesome killer was convicted of murdering four women. Though police could never prove it, investigators always suspected there were many more victims. But the killer took his secrets with him to San Quentin. When he arrived on death row, a fellow inmate offered him protection on the yard. Over the course of a decade, the killer confided in this inmate, revealing details about 20+ unsolved murders for the first time. This inmate-turned-informant has now handed over 300 pages of detailed notes about the killer's unsolved murders to Ken Mains, an ex-FBI investigator and cold case detective. Mains will work together with the informant to uncover new victims, bring closure to families, and expose one of America's most prolific serial killers in real-time.

Krystle B Nov 9 I really enjoyed this one. It had me on the edge of my seat, eagerly waiting to see what would happen next. I felt the emotions of the investigator, the families, and the felon who has turned his life around. I found myself excited and relieved with every puzzle piece they put together in order to find closure for these women and their lives ones. What a great story! See more Bonnie B Sep 27 Way too dramatic. I feel like the participants got a raise if they were able to cry on command. IMHO, while I’m sure all of these people, including the PI, had horrible things happen to them, it feels like they’re taking advantage of their past and exploiting their trauma for ratings. None of the interactions are believable. From Bill’s overly helpful and seemingly scripted accounts to the scent dog doing a search in the rain (why waste your time? Just wait for dry weather.)
