xareon Dec 3 Beautiful atmosphere, well written setting, lots of potential. I imagine budget was an issue whilst creating this, and it's a shame. Most people wouldn't like the character models, but I think the style is very pretty and unique. The story is slightly weak at some points, but it's enjoyable all the way through. The characters are endearing, if a bit cartoonish at times. The story is kind of a rollercoaster, but none of it is too forced. It's worth watching, if not for the entertainment, then to improve yourself as a storyteller. I loved it, it's definitely worth watching. This deserved more attention. See more Corey W 09/09/2023 it's ok, most of the series is like a whodunit but the whole time I was asking "who cares", can't empathize with any of the characters as they don't make any logical decisions in the entire series. This is why I can't get into a lot of anime, as beautiful as the animations are. But it must be a cultural thing where the whole time I'm thinking "people don't act like this" but maybe they do in Japan ha. Notable exception "Death Note" which was excellent. Spoiler: the twist ending was kind of clever, the whole mission is undone by basically a living embodiment of the "This is the Future that Liberals Want" meme An insanely narcissistic PETA extremist who is so in love with herself that she is quite obviously sexually intimate with her own clone. Most times I thought it was a kids program and almost gave it a pass and dissmissed the terrible plot and execution, but then I remembered the breif nudity. This show could have been so good.
