In the concluding episode of a three-part story, Niles (David Hyde Pierce) has successfully undergone heart bypass surgery -- but that doesn't keep him from being nervous about resuming his normal activities. As for everyone else, they are growing dog-weary of hearing Niles' stories of his "near-death experience."
