Tv Season Info

Season 2 of Friends From College follows six Harvard alums in their 40s living in New York City and the complicated relationships they have with each other. It's been a year since Ethan & Sam's affair was exposed to the 4 other friends -- including Lisa, Ethan's wife -- and the friend group is still fractured. No one has heard from Lisa, Ethan has been living a repentant year of writing a YA novel, and Sam has been trying to repair her marriage with her husband Jon. But with Max's wedding coming up, the friends won't be able to avoid each other much longer. Between the engagement party, bachelor party, and wedding, the six will have to overcome the destruction in their past and figure out how to function as a friend group again. Will they be able to move forward or will they regress back to their old destructive patterns once again?

A comedy with all the right pieces, which were pushed and pulled into all the wrong places, got the time to learn, adjust, and grow... Consider it the "most improved" show of 2019, even if the year is still young.

Friends from College has found its groove, and is the rare Netflix season that's actually shorter than I wanted it to be - I could have spent another four or five episodes with these characters, easily.

There's not a plot-line on this show that seemingly can't move forward by the characters getting drunk and embarrassing themselves.

It is uneasy about taking itself seriously. The problem is that it can't take itself ridiculously, either.

I LOVED Season 2 of this show!!! The writing and acting were so, so good. It was too funny. I literally howled with laughter during every episode. I cannot fathom why they would not renew for Season 3? The comedy is amazing - Fred Savage especially, is so gifted at comedy. Literally, one of the very best shows Netflix has put out.

This is yet another example of how out of touch critics are with what people want to watch. I really love this show, I love/hate all the characters and it makes me laugh. All the actors are brilliant and charismatic. We are lucky to have this show as it is perfect escapist entertainment, a welcome relief from the heaviness and pretension of so many other popular shows, and this world in general where way too many crazy things are happening. Netflix please make season 3 I will personally pay more for my subscription!

This show was amazing! I laughed all the way through both seasons. It's a shame the critics don't have the same sense of humor as the audience. I have many friends who feel the same way. This show was a pure gem!!

So, so great! The writing is perfect and the acting is Better than that (which isnt a thing but whatever). The plot line is touching and the whole series is truly amazing.

Bloody love these characters and this show. Genuinely gutted to see there is no season 3. Heart warming, genuine funny characters with great actors being 40. Iâ??ll admit there are duff moments and some too serious bits but hey isnâ??t that life? I want to buy these guys a round of drinks, get to New York and hang out...bring them back!!!!!!
