If I was involved with this project I would insist my name be removed from the credits. If this is the quality which some, some seem to find credible, then we have a problem. Poor writing, empty characters, little genuine interest, it doesn't even look good. It lacks style, thought. And could someone remind me what the actual story is about? Just violence, a lot of which is uneccesary and somewhat daft. See more Shastri A @FilmProfHorrorFan 04/03/2025 Sean was the messiest ergo most interesting character of the show and it would've made for a terrific story if he was turned into its primary material and driving force, the narrative movement centered around his redemption arc or if that feels too naughty to purists, his arc-of-getting-embroiled-in-messiness-and-figuring-out-his-core. Instead we get an abundance of screen time with this Elliot fellow who is about as interesting as the things forgotten at the back of my fridge. Nice job. Won't be watching beyond Season 01 but a special shout out to Joe Cole for his nuanced rendition of Sean that is at once electric and restrained. See more Read all reviews
