Christoffer J @RT27782133 Aug 29 I think that Jobless Reincarnation is an under rated anime, and it doesn't get the attention it deserves. The only thing I don't like is that there's not more. I enjoyed the first season very much and I hope people do the same. I would recommend it though but not for young kids. How do you go from focusing on Rudy and Eris’s development to making a second season where you see almost no Eris? It’s great she is returning in Season Three but come on, who in their God-given mind thought Season Two was best to focus entirely on Rudy’s life? I would argue that Eris is as important to this series as Rudy is. The only thing about Season One that was disturbing was being constantly reminded of the fact that Rudy still has memories of his previous life as a middle-aged man. That made the situation with Eris kinda uncomfortable at times. A middle-aged man is losing his virginity to a 16-year-old girl. Because remember he did die a virgin in his previous life. I remember skipping school and sleep just to watch it, and after finishing Code Geass, every other anime felt inferior to me. Until I watched this masterpiece, I still think that Code Geass is the best anime of all time, but this is definitely one of the best things I have ever witnessed. I've watched similar animes with the same reincarnation plot so in the beginning i was thinking ohh here we go again... But i was pleasantly surprised already after the first episode with a god amount of laughs with voice actor Tomokazu Sugita as narrator. What i think the series really shine is character development which is the main reason this stands out from the mass imo.
