The show’s greatest strength is how seriously it takes the romances at its center. Go to Full Review

...Blood of My Blood understands perfectly what made Outlander so special from the start. And it maintains that in its sequel. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

Okay, yes, the new season opens with a bit of a slow start, but there are hints that the drama will accelerate as soon as the Uprising begins and Henry gets his butt out of that asylum. Go to Full Review

M L @RT61327186 6 days ago I like the mckanzie Fraser storyline but the mother of claiss is driving me nuts. how can you like her. i mostly skip her parts. Also the pace is sooooo sloooow See more Jolie B @JolieB Oct 9, 2026 I'm loving BOB. The casting is great. I fully believe I'm watching Claire's and Jamie's parents. The sets and costumes are immersively artful. The writing exceeds my expectations. E3 is a standout so far (girl power!), but only E1 of Season 1 was a bit slow; all others are nonstop engrossing. Both main storylines are compelling (when will Julia and Henry reunite, with room to breathe? How will Julia escape from Lovat? Will Henry find peace? When will Ellen and Brian settle in and build Lallybroch? Will Ellen see Dougal again, if not Colum?). So are the many secondary characters (as of episode three, Dougal and Maura are a fascinating pair. How will young Murtagh's life unfold? I'm always glad to see young Ned Gowan. As of S2 E3, I can't wait to learn whether Seema will be helpful or devious. How will Davina fare?). I hope to follow these stories through many seasons. (And *maybe* post-Outlander Claire will reunite with her parents, through some unexpected twist of time travel). See more Kamelia K @KammyKK Sep 25, 2026 This such rubbish, how long is the plot line gonna be about the exact same thing, lost spouse. It’s trying to prove an outlander timeline without being anything to write home about itself. The chemistry is forced the characters are stiff. It sucks. First episode I knew it was going down the drain. Second has confirmed it. And the waiting in between, please, it’s not that good that we will wait forever for it. Outlander spiraled out after season 4 and this one is attempting to ride on its coat tails. But you can’t duplicate Diana’s complex writing and produce this drivel. We can feel it half arsed attempt to keep a franchise going. At least source out real writers. See more Mary A @Sunflowers407 Sep 19, 2026 Season two is off to a very good start! The acting is wonderful, the additional casting continues to be incredible, and the storyline has my attention. It’s fanfiction, it’s a bit of historical interpretation, and of course it is science fiction fantasy, so I don’t expect it to be historically accurate. Totally distracts me from my real world, and that’s a mighty fine place to be. I’m ready for S2-E2, and hope they can continue rolling out new seasons! See more Any L @amyjane Sep 19, 2026 It was unwatchable. You cant have a two year gap on a story with so many characters and time changes. It gave me a headache. I loved the first season See more Read all reviews
