The vocal cast is excellent across the board, while the show runners do a great job updating Superman while bringing in the larger DC Universe. The standout episodes are "The Last Son of Krypton", one of the best depictions of Superman's origin ever, along with "The Main Man", which brought in Lobo. Not a perfect launch but a hint of the greatness to come.
