USA Network says "I do" to six divorced couples as they meet in Costa Rica for a second chance at love. Hosted by dating show successfuls JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rogers, "The Big D" invites divorced couples into a tropical villa where they will pursue a second chance at love by dating the other divorcees in the house. Some romance hopefuls look to rekindle with their ex while others are eager to find a connection elsewhere. No matter the motive, there's a shared desire to find closure and a guarantee for drama as they watch their exes form new bonds. In each episode, Fletcher, Rogers and resident relationship expert Dr. Jada guide the divorcees through their search for romance, overseeing revealing relationship "ex-ercises" designed to help the singles form connections, make peace with their former partners and finally overcome the issues keeping them from getting back in the game. Winning an "ex-ercise" will lead to a romantic date and safety from the upcoming elimination.

As The Big D folks mingle and make love connections, each must individually contend with their personal insecurities and regrets about their ex. There's lots of inelegant moments as exes loudly talk or complain about each other. Go to Full Review Read all reviews

Kritic_T K @RT58966176 08/19/2023 This show is definitely like a Jerry Springer-ish type of show. It's not bad if there isn't anything else to watch. The premise is pretty awful. It's definitely a show that represents hook up culture and hides behind buzzwords and phrases like "finding a connection" and "making progress in relationships." But it's a show about people who manipulate each other in order to either stay on a television show or stay on vacation in Costa Rica. It's pretty bad. I think the worst is watching some of the women strong arm the men into making out with them otherwise they'll be voted off. See more Dj P @RT97936310 08/07/2023 This show was absolute dog s#!t. I created a whole rotten tomato account to let people know not to watch it. Spoiler— Thakur is clearly a horrible person with abusive and jealous tendencies and the producers clearly kept him on the show for drama. It tanked the show. And then people switching people to stay in the house. It doesn't work.
