Carter Oosterhouse and Taniya Nayak judge elaborate Christmas displays created by families across the country. Each episode features the holiday home transformations of four families that were selected through a nationwide search based on past elaborate Christmas light displays, choreography, and extravagant designs as they compete to deck their homes out in the ultimate show of Christmas spirit. Once a winner is chosen, the judges return to the home to congratulate the family and present the $50,000 prize.

06/03/2021 I look forward to this show every year like the big kid I am. It's the equivalent of sticking your nose to the window of a great Christmas display in a department store window, and gives you a great tour of small town communities in America in the process. The amount of work that goes into these light presentations is inspiring and astounding. I am always amazed by the handymen, the vintage collectors, and the innovation of people trying to go bigger and better every year. The hosts are also the most believable joyful people I have ever watched. Taniya Nayak is especially great, and feels like the sister you only get to see once a year, and you are always SO excited to catch up with her. See more Read all reviews
