A new perspective on Kenneth Bianchi and Angelo Buono, notorious serial killers who impersonated off-duty police officers to lure victims and then dumped their bodies on the hillsides of East LA. From 1977 to 1978, Bianchi and Buono terrorized those communities as they brutally raped, tortured and killed 10 women and girls. The series examines Bianchi's unique pathology and masterful ability to deceive and manipulate those around him. From fraudulently practicing as a psychologist to applying to the police department and doing ride-alongs, Kenneth Bianchi was a true devil in disguise.
