The basic idea behind The Trap is certainly interesting enough to keep us watching; we just wish the storytelling in this series was a bit cleaner and easier to follow than what the first episode showed us. Go to Full Review

The result is a familiar but nevertheless compelling slow-burn thriller where everything isn’t as it seems. Go to Full Review

The Trap may not sustain the full force of its premise, but its exploration of grief and complicated relationships gives the show something substantial to work with. Go to Full Review

In its efforts to make a tight, focused mystery more compelling, The Trap largely succeeds in making the whole thing less compelling, less focused, and less mysterious, which I presume wasn’t the intention. Go to Full Review

Alyssa B @RT13262210 16 hrs ago Truly dumb series, made me so mad that I wasted six hours of my life on it. So much didn’t make an iota of sense. The storyline requires audience to suspend their common sense and to forget about some things in the plot line in order for other things to happen. Several major questions are left unanswered and conflicts unresolved. None of the characters were all that likeable, memorable, or relatable, except the dog. And the dog gets seriously hurt which I hated, but they never explain why or by whom or how it was relevant to the story. It was just completely unnecessary and made me so sad. The whole show is like a bad fever dream that’s chaotic, illogical, and has no sense of completion. Sometimes it got so boring because of how little I cared about the scene or how irrelevant the scene was to the story, that i fast forwarded it, and I literally never do that. This was such a dud of a show. See more Jake P @1GrinningAssassin2 2 days ago The twist at the end that no one sees coming! See more Joshua M @Flameon 3 days ago This was quite original and the casting was great playing complex characters. Not sure the whole plot is really plausible but otherwise I enjoyed it. See more J P @NotZeppoMarx 4 days ago It's watchable but not great. The main character is a little annoying; you're never quite sure if she's the heroine or the villain, sane or insane. The final scene is a little curious.I watched it all but felt indifferent after. See more Read all reviews
