A well-made and conscientious work that includes interviews with people involved in the case and experts regarding it from afar along with footage of police interviews and courtroom testimony, it is old news and an ongoing story. Go to Full Review

It's as if the desire of The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez to entertain, to ensure that we are as spellbound as possible by yet another example of the atrocities that humans are capable of, is greater than any need to inform and educate. Go to Full Review

Brian D @Brianwd 10/01/2023 81%. Such a messed up story. They do a good job illustrating how crazy it is that this kid was literally tortured at home but no one did anything about it and it keeps you wondering how that was the case. They dove a lot into the child care protection services agencies and all the flaws and how this was a system failure. A lot of it is all just really tough to watch. Really sad people could treat and 8 year old kid this way. See more Read all reviews
