High-level corporate execs leave the comfort of their offices and secretly take low-level jobs within their companies to find out how things really work and what their employees truly think of them. This Emmy-winning reality series utilizes hidden cameras to provide an authentic view of executives' journeys as they are immersed in the day-to-day operations of their organizations. In the process of this undercover mission, they learn of the perceptions about their companies, the spirit of their work forces and -- maybe -- something about themselves as well.

The other big problem is that while the reveals are fun, nothing much happens, and the specific change that occurs as a result is vague at best. Go to Full Review

Deena K @RT72456396 09/06/2023 First Season is seriously sad. They only solved, or allegedly solved, that particular places issues. The series shows the RICH owner in their house, their RICH play toys.. yada, yada, yada...NO ONE WATCHING GIVES A SHIT!!!!! Showing these rich morons at their corporate board meeting does NOTHING, more garbage videos!!!! Eventually through the seasons, these moron owners begin to donate money to the employees, for their needs. They stopped showing all the corporate BS. But, they did show their homes. So we can clearly see a $500 million house and the idiots only giving minute of donations.... That tells us more about the company than anything!!!! Some companies are stingy asses and only donate about 10K. You know these companies can fork out way more. There are some companies who seriously go above and beyond in monetarily helping out some employees. Thank you so much to those few companies!!!! A few companies did even offer up full payment for that employee to become a franchise and own their own company. Now you know that's a good and phenomenal caring boss!!!!! Kudos to those companies!!!!! All the others are crap MONEY hungry voltures!!!! See more Miami R @RT65417609 10/29/2022 The show shows how petty and big man on campus the CEOs put forth. Some have hundreds or thousands of employees and gift things to 4 or 5 while the rest struggle. Frankly have a big lack of respect for CEOs who participate because they really do not need to market there "goodness". What they need to do is be present in understanding employee issues and needs without the hoopla of going on TV everyday they work. Makes the CEO feel important and generous.
