This series is unbelievably awful. In fact the storyline is so bad that you can't stop watching – a bit like witnessing a motorway pileup! It's not the acting, which to be honest is generally ok. It's the idea that this bunch of misfits would ever be considered for operations behind enemy lines. As an ex-British policeman, the only character with any credibility (and likelihood of survival) is ‘Neil Mackay' (Warren Brown). ‘Harry James' (wireless operator) looks about 12 and group leader ‘Aurora Luft' actually possesses zero leadership qualities and is dangerously over-emotional. But here's the best bit – one of the group ‘Alfred' has a photographic memory and can instantly recall facts, figures photographic details, etc at will. Having seen the secrets within your Operations and Command Centre, he'd undoubtedly be your first choice when it comes to sending someone into enemy territory with a high probability of being captured and brutally tortured wouldn't he? Give me strength! It's like a drug, I simply can't stop watching this nightmare unfold…
