JOED T @JOEDLOPART 8h As far as i love the X-Men, i liked this season, and as the hardcore fan that i am i have possitive points and unfortunately bad ones: Possitive: I liked the season, it was entertaning, fresh plots, Apocalypse is a monster, loved to see different characters hosting the episodes. Negative: I said that Apocalypse was a monster, but why it wasn't the final villain? why this Weird Gambit? the final 2 episodes was so Anticlimatc, also as i said the episodes was very different, that was negative because the main plot feels blurry, like: Where's Apocalypse Menance? and unfortunately Colossus episode was like this filler episode that doesn't change nothing. Please Show this love to the show that it was really amazing, like in season 1 See more Kara H @kara21 10h Enjoyable season, if less successful than the first due to the speed in which they went through some of the arcs. Maybe a 15-episode season would be better, or just handling less each Season. See more Addie T @RT08426357 14h Cons: X-Men ‘97 season 2 was a huge step down from the first season unfortunately. It felt very unfocused especially in episodes 5 through 7. I don’t know why streaming series feel the need to have filler episodes. And don't get me wrong, I LOVE filler episodes. I think they are one of the reasons pre-streaming shows will always reign superior to streaming shows. But in a show that has less than 10 episodes per season, we don’t have time to dilly-dally with filler. The filler episodes such as the Wolverine-focused episode, Polaris-focused episode, and Nightcrawler-focused episode just felt like stumbling blocks and a waste of time honestly. I was hoping despite the lack of focus, the last 2 episodes would be able to stick the landing anyway, but boy was I wrong. The finale was extremely rushed.
