Marie-Christine Adam has been a familiar face in French film and television for more than 30 years. Adam is best known for her portrayal of Blandine Olivier in the popular television program, SOUS LE SOLEIL. The series tells the story of a group of female friends in their twenties and thirties who embark on adventures of love and romance in the city of St. Tropez. Adam has a recurring role and has appeared, thus far, in more than 60 episodes of the show's twelve seasons. In addition to her work on SOUS LE SOLEIL, Adam has appeared in several French television programs including the mini-series THE SPEAR OF DESTINY (2007) and SUSPECTES (2007). Having made her film debut in 1974 with Robert Lamoureux's IMPOSSIBLE IS NOT FRENCH, she has gone on to appear in several films including James Ivory's LE DIVORCE (2003), Lawrence Kasdan's FRENCH KISS (1995) and Christopher Frank's LOVE IN THE STRANGEST WAY (1994).
