Love this film, and Jolie's performance was 100% worthy of the Oscar nomination, such a shame there's so much disparity among critics.
Good quality overall, however, a true but a little weak story.
Powerful story with really great direction and acting from Angelina Jolie and the rest of the cast. Also shows some of the corruption the LAPD has long been plagued with along with how easily it was to get women committed back in those days.
Powerful. This was one of the hardest to watch movies I’ve ever seen. But it’s important. Clint Eastwood and Angelina Jolie did amazing jobs.
Clint Eastwood continues to broaden his artistic horizon and with Changeling he again delivers a great feature film of depth and complexity. I recommend this film to anyone who just wants to watch a really interesting, true dramatic story. Though some of the subject matter may be a bit intense for the faint of heart, it needs to be that way in order to convey the horrific events surrounding the case of Christine Collins and her son Walter. Like nearly every Clint Eastwood project, whether acting, directing, or producing, this one will have you thinking about its events long after viewing. A word of mention to Angelina Jolie who is in fine form here. Great film.
Beautiful story it made me cry and thinking.
La historia es tremenda, con varias aristas muy duras. Interesante la vida del predicador. Angelina está muy bien...
i lasted 30 minutes on this one. clint messed up when all the mother had to do was get her neighbours and the kid's teachers and school mates involved early on to id the kid to see it wasn't her child. silly..
A spectacular movie that really knows how to take the viewer for an emotional ride. Jolie is amazing in the lead role, easily portraying the grief stricken mother of a missing child. The true story is both entertaining and interesting, from beginning to end.
Ok mediocre movie starring Angelina jolie and directed by Clint Eastwood.
