Balto II: Wolf Quest Reviews

A great sequel to the original! While the first movie gives a great tale based on a true story, Wolf quest still gives a great feeling and the characters are appealing.

Balto II has passable animation and good voice acting and it's quite inoffensive but anyone who enjoyed the first film will likely be put off by the lighter tone, unintentional characterization of our lead character as a deadbeat dad and having a more saccharine tone akin to Disney's own line of DTV sequels. There's not really that much to it, hence the rather generic review.

A shameless and lazy cash grab, Balto II: Wolf Quest is a film that tries nothing new and decides to take the easy route.

This is an okay sequel, it wasn't near as good as the first one.

Other people may like it but I was not impressed.

Acceptable and decently-performed, despite being short with an ending lacked to cap off the flawed, improbable narrative flow, but basically retained the charm and heart of its superior predecessor, even though it's independent from the fact-based aspect into a more reflective coming-of-age route. (B) (Full review TBD)

should've stayed at one! this one is worse than the first! this is a REALLY BIG rip off of the lion king 2 1.Father has daughter 2.daughter runs away because of father 3.daughter seems to HATE father 4.almost has the SAME EXACT SAYING AS "We are all part of the circle of life" 5.on the front cover Balto and his daughter Aleu are standing on a rock,WHICH ALMOST EXACTLY LOOKS LIKE "PRIDE ROCK" FROM "THE LION KING 1 AND 2" Also Jenna looks like a BOY now
