when you want to bury your exes haahaha
neither funny nor scary.
This is a horrible film. It really falls flat on every level. Very surprised Joe Dante directed this!
One star for Alexandra Daddario.
Its purely a basic B-movie, with humor and enough eye-candy to be tolerable, but the absurdity behind the dry concept never goes further, specially considering it is a Joe Dante flick, which it only makes it even more disappointing.
I just watched the movie last night and loved it, but i like more art orientated films and actors that portray emotions very well. It had a good cast and great set. Liked what they did with the story and brought old elements into play.
A dam good " green " woman get hit by a truck just when her boyfriend wants to break the relationship .....he meats a more normal woman , but then the ex climbes out of the grave .....A bit funny a times !
Loaded with plot holes and that low-budget feel, and not entirely unique, but it's fun and the dialogue is worth a watch. Joe Dante is not at his best with this film, and it's easily forgettable...but it was worth a sit through.
It's also nice to see Anton Yelchin once again.
"You're dead to me" Mainly watched this for Alexandra daddario ??
Burying the Ex is lots of fun! Max is in a dead-end relationship with Evelyn, who is controlling and obsessed. Evelyn dies, but declares her love for eternity. Max meets a new lady, and Evelyn comes back from the dead.
And there is lots of fun to be had.
It's kind of a comedy, but it's not very funny. Then again, it's kind of a horror movie, but it's not scary.
