"The Care Bears Movie" isn't a bedtime story at all -- it's more of a lulla-buy-buy-buy.
Adults forced to accompany three-year-olds to the movie would have had a little moment of satisfaction when the time came to shovel the Care Bear toys out of the house into landfill sites.
This endearing movie's mottoes are: never stop caring. And: the best way to make friends is to be a friend yourself.
The story unfolds simply, with respect for its young viewers and their view of the world. The animation is bright and colorful, with lively characters that will surely delight children.
Not all rainbows and hugs -- some scares, too.
For those who crave 80-some minutes of toy commercial.
I saw this when I was a kid and I really liked it then, but I barely remember it now, maybe I'll watch it again someday.

Care bears...stare! Always loved the cartoon, and this movie is a great reminder of it.
A lot of animation errors, but a cute movie overall. Imaginative!
Yes, I've seen it. Shut up.
