Movie Info

Journalist Ricardo (Esai Morales) has always been enamored of renowned Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca (Andy Garcia). Several years after the poet's disappearance during the Spanish Civil War, Ricardo returns to Spain to investigate, despite the warnings of his father (Edward James Olmos). The dictator Franco is still very much in power, however, and Ricardo's continuing investigation draws the attention of Centeno (Miguel Ferrer), a security officer for the oppressive ruler.
