White is one of the great characters of recent memory. He dominates the story of Breaking Bad like few characters. Pinkman doesn’t carry this story in quite the same way.

Fans of Breaking Bad will be delighted with El Camino, which not only adds to the world of the show – but as a love letter to Jesse Pinkman, even manages to improve upon an ending many thought couldn’t be beaten.

Its hard to keep the same energy as breaking bad, picking up from the ending of it specifically they still manage to lose quite a bit of the intricacy that the main body of work portrays. Specifically an ending, walking dead type of situation with el camino. Next steps if you would like to say.

It has a great to get the band back together feel about it. Not able to deliver the same hyper quality of story or as engaging as the series but still very good. Just as well acted and great to see the development of Jesse’s story.

Nice to get closure on Jesse’s story and an expansion on his story. It was going to struggle to keep the insane quality of the story line though and therefore that’s why it isn’t 5 stars for me.

What a disappointing follow up to the greatest piece of art ever made. Gilligan et al misunderstand the story they told, apparently, as Jesse’s story does not need a conclusion. He was not the main character of BB, and the end of his arc neither serves the story or our appetite. The best compliment I can pay this is “forgettable.”

I like how people don't care his character shot an innocent man in the face and pity Jesse. They also think you won't notice the one dude gained like 50 fucking pounds, which I guess is pretty funny. The rest is just boring bullshit.

Brilliant! Vince Gilligan did good with this one. We needed this in the Breaking Bad universe. Aaron Paul shines convincingly in character (as always), Jonathan Banks brings the calm, cold, hard, eerrrmm, vibe? and rest of cast all excels in character. Intelligently written and amazing cinematography. All the action, suspense, drama, real life grit feel, emotion, intrigue and twists. Very entertaining, gripping and memorable
