An advice columnist, Andie Anderson (Kate Hudson), tries pushing the boundaries of what she can write about in her new piece about how to get a man to leave you in 10 days. Her editor, Lana (Bebe Neuwirth), loves it, and Andie goes off to find a man she can use for the experiment. She plays the ninny and the harpy, the baby doll and the ball breaker. It's Kate Hudson's film all right, but this actress is a cold squeeze, not well photographed either, and has the worst hairdo on the East Side.

So bad. I tried to hate watch it in stages over a couple days, but… when it came to the crisis point toward the end, I realised, that’d be just 10-20 minutes over my capacity to care about making full use of my rental.

It was cheesy at times but hey what's a rom-com without cheesy scenes. I t made me feel happy, embarrased, sad, annoyed and so much more. this was an experience and fun to watch.
