Inspiring and stylishly directed albeit an awkward, uneven blend of drama, musical and fantasy elements. Go to Full Review

06/04/2012 Its a good message, but at times its very hooky. Also the idea that rock music is connected to the devil is an argument that is not factual act all. See more 12/10/2011 Great movie for teenagers. This movie changed me. Watched it last night at Youth Group at church. God Bless. See more 08/27/2011 good to see a movie were the fantasy is one more element to presentan a christian message See more 05/11/2011 Awesome movie! Great testimony! I have personally met the director and the real life person portrayed in this movie...RPM gives it 2 thumbs way up!!!! www.rpm323.com See more 05/01/2011 A very powerful movie that all parents should see with their children. See more 04/17/2011 This movie is not a cinematic masterpiece. However, it is a fun film that artistically captures a young man's struggles as he's dealing with the challenges in his family and his own temptations. It's also shows the resiliency of a mother's love and the power of her unrelenting faith. Add to this that it's based on a true story and you have a film that is more worth going to see than much of the junk Hollywood puts out. The fight seen while kind of cheesy is an enticing representation of spiritual warfare. Most people won't get what that means but hopefully Christians will appreciate the visualization. I would think most Christian mothers will love this movie (minus the song he made to his mom). See more Read all reviews
