very good movie and kinda weak
Personally Geroge A. Romero made my all time favorite zombie movie (dawn of the dead) but he somehow made a uninspired and boring movie with his creation. I would recommend most of his fantastic movies but this is not a recommendation. This movie lacks in originality, unique storytelling, good characters, distasteful look, bad action ect. and turns into a bland and boring experience. I love Geore A. Romero's works, but this is definitely a miss for him.
Enjoyable low budget zombie romp with some well known actors. An interesting story set on an island, where people try to hide their infected love ones before a possy kill the infected.
George A. Romero's adds another zombie movie to his resume; by now, the conventions have become stale and predictable.
Ordinary routine for Romero without new ideas.
this movie was fun :)
I really liked this movie. cool zombie kills. great action. great acting and good castingâ?¤
Romero's Film goes back to basic with its production value, scaled down on the high end effects and implemented the old school gore and classic Hollywood tropes. Yet, unfortunately with horrible actors and a plot that both doesn't go anywhere and is disinterested, will loose its audience.
Romero still offers some zombie goodness in Survival of the Dead however the formula is getting worn out.
