Movie Info

In this spoof of the old Yukon/Northwoods melodramas, W.C. Fields plays a father in a remote Yukon cabin whose son is coming home after spending years in prison. It seems that the son, wanting to see "the big city," left home and, after having the "fatal glass of beer," was accused of stealing bonds and sent to prison. Now he has finally been released, and his father and mother await his arrival at the cabin.
