What follows is essentially Harold and the Purple Crayon crossed with a Star Wars/Austin Powers-esque saga of fathers, sons, sisters and brothers, which strangely sidelines Mario, is overly reliant on montages and simply lacks the original's verve.

I really enjoyed watching Mario and Luigi team up once again to save the galaxy, and Peach discovering her past as well and why was she left alone when she was little. The best part about the movie that made it even better was Yoshi, he is a character to be seen. I loved every minute that Yoshi appeared in the movie and special because I played Mario Bros. When I was little and watching the movie makes me thinking back to my childhood. I definitely recommend watching the movie, it was funny, sad, exciting, and overall they achieved what they set out to do.

I loved every bit of it and my lady loved it too except she slept through the first 30 minutes of the movie but she still loved it looking forward to seeing it again some other time loved it as much as the original.
