In the 1960s, Cambridge University student and future physicist Stephen Hawking (Eddie Redmayne) falls in love with fellow collegian Jane Wilde (Felicity Jones). At 21, Hawking learns that he has motor neuron disease. Despite this -- and with Jane at his side -- he begins an ambitious study of time, of which he has very little left, according to his doctor. He and Jane defy terrible odds and break new ground in the fields of medicine and science, achieving more than either could hope to imagine.

Io alla vista di questo film ero molto eccitato ma c'era una cosa che non mi convinceva il fatto che durasse ben più di due ore peroʻ nonstancr cioʻ ľho visto e e bisogna ammettere che il tempo sembrano passare velocissime senza buchi o restrittive. Devo dire che mi piaciuto molto come il registra sia riuscito a mettere insime vari lati della sua vita tra cui quella personale e scientifica. Per chi è appassionato come me di scienza e robe varie lo consiglio anche perchè le spiegazioni che ci sono sono abbastanza capibili senza troppi proloni.
