The lack of stars is because its pretty much a remake of sleeping with the enemy, it really is sooooo close, stealing apples v stealing lemons, mom in care home v dad in care home, boyfriend teaching highschool v boyfriend teaching elementary school, even right down to the scene where the leading lady is spooked by the boyfriend at the front door when we think its going to be the ex husband. I'm actually amazed they've gotten away with it as they've simply taken another film and swapped out a few things. Had I seen this film 1st I'd have thought it was OK. Having seen sleeping with the enemy, this film is not on the same scale. Then out of no where, it began mimicking the classic, "Sleeping with enemy" Julia Roberts, play by play, which deaden the suspense factor. See more 11/27/2021 Oh, c'mon, what complete trash. If you want to watch a horrible remake of "Sleeping With the Enemy", then knock yourself out. Horribly acted with SO many gaps of logic, it's insulting. This screams Lifetime movie, but in this case it's Lifeless movie. We watched it for free & still feel ripped off. Seriously, do not waste your time. See more 07/08/2019 This was really bad.
