Convinced that mutants pose a threat to humanity, Dr. Bolivar Trask develops the Sentinels, enormous robotic weapons that can detect a mutant gene and zero in on that person. It’s start is a bit jarring, the future Sentinels look pretty generic, and I could list a few other nitpicks. But in terms of story, storytelling, and sheer entertainment, the movie scores where it counts.

I love this film. I have watched it probably about 5/6 times now, and it just keeps getting better. There is something for everyone. Its greatest strengths are the visual effects and the story. The story is emotional and has that 'cinematic' feel, which I can't always explain. It deserves all the accolades for being the best film in the franchise.

Eu nunca gostei de filmes sobre viagem no tempo, sempre achei meio sem graça, mas X-Men conseguiu fazer isso parecer incrível. A história é muito bem escrita, e eu também adoro o elenco desse filme (principalmente Evan Peters). Dias de um futuro esquecido conseguiria facilmente entrar para um top 3 melhores filmes da saga X-Men. Não tenho nada para reclamar. 10/10

Hands down the best X-Men movie that Fox ever made! Combining the original cast with the new cast was nothing short of a flawless execution, and the acting of Hugh Jackman and Micheal Fassbender really take this movie to the next level. Additionally, both the visuals and dialogue are leagues above previous X-Men entries. If there is one X-Men movie to watch, it's this one.

Days of Future Past is superb. The movie is tightly paced and has an intriguing time travel setup. You really feel the stakes and weight of it all. Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Lawrence are the highlight performances here, but everyone does a great job. I wish it had another action scene or two but the scenes it does have are exhilarating and very well choreographed. This is one of the best comic book movies of the 2010s in my opinion!
