It's a tour de force. What makes it so? Not just the exhaustive attention to detail, or the emotional interviews with first-responders and ordinary citizens, or the amount of footage you can't quite believe exists. Go to Full Review

9/11: One Day in America never allows you to look away. However much you have watched footage of, or read about, the attacks, it forces you to endure the day as never before; to experience it more directly, in greater detail. Go to Full Review

matthew w @Matthew1972 Mar 16 A dark day in history that I will never forget, I remember exactly what I was doing as this tragic day unfolded & this poignant mini series chronicles the day perfectly from the first strike, to the last survivor being pulled out of the rubble. Features heartbreaking & disturbing footage from survivors & heroes. See more Schroyer Family D 11/22/2023 I was only 10 years old when the World Trade Center was struck by two aircrafts. I can't believe it has been 22 years. I can remember it like it was only yesterday. This documentary was really well done. The video footage from everyone that day is incredible and I'm thankful that we can look back on this historic day through the eyes of everyone who was there to witness such a horrible tragedy. The events that took place this day start off like any ordinary day, people grabbing their morning coffee, people are going to work, no one knows the events that are about to unfold and when it happens the world stands still….. Four plains were hijacked that day, three of the four made their targets. Flight 93 was able to overpower the hijackers, but sacrificed themselves to save the people down below from being impacted at the Pentagon. Watching this it brought me back, the moment of watching all of this happen on our old tv, sitting next to my crying mother, the silence that filled the room. And then that moment…..the South Tower fell. Our hearts just collapsed, can't even contemplate that this was real, this was really happening. My heart goes out to all the family and friends that who lost loved ones this day. And huge Thankyou to all of the first responders who were there to lend a hand in any way that they could. It is because of these brave men and woman I became a fireman and now pursuing law enforcement. #schroyerfamilydaily #fireman #lawenforcement #WTC #newyork #WorldTradeCenter #9/11 #arrenschroyer #Neverforget See more mike l @MikeLance 09/23/2021 This is the best one by far. Can't believe how much Ground Zero footage there is. I would imagine it's emotional regardless, but especially if you remember that day. See more Read all reviews
