American Gods: Season 3 Reviews

They brought in a trash show runner who just stripped all the magic out of it. This show can't keep cast or fires cast like Orlando Jones for complete bs. Way to take an amazing book series and just wipe your butt with it. Total garbage.

After a fantastic season one, season two failed to reach those heights with story, writing and characters all over the place. BUT season three has already begun with a strong start worthy of the great reviews I've read globally that brought me back to one of my favorite books. Gone are the season two long rambling monologues that don't progress the story let alone what's happening in the scene, but real actual conversations between characters has finally evolved meaning I'm actually more invested in their back and forth dialogue instead of watching actors speak AT each other with their prepared speaches. A more entertaining season so far that has me excited for the rest to come. Neil Gaiman being more involved is evident with the show being more in line with the book following shadow to lakeside for what I see as the Fargo meets twin peaks season of stepford life darkness and mystery for shadow. Bring it

A good start to a show what did lost the focus. I'm still waiting the promised war.

Honestly a little slow this season, but still a great watch. Some great surprising/mouth dropping moments. I would still highly recommend watching if you enjoy fantasy/drama shows.
