In easy terms anyone can understand, the three-part report details how subversive, upstart investors took on the Wall Street giants. Go to Full Review

The best part of Eat the Rich: The GameStop Saga is that it manages to tell a complicated financial story with a fair amount of humor and context, in a way that doesn’t demonize the various parties, which doesn’t spare them from various levels of mockery. Go to Full Review

Eat the Rich: The GameStop Saga is here to educate -- and entertain -- all of us. The program accomplishes both of those goals, which it delivers in a bingeable 120-minute package. Go to Full Review
John McDermott Esquire Magazine 10/17/2022
For a docuseries about a complex finance story, Netflix's Eat the Rich is remarkably elementary. Go to Full Review

Theo Love’s Eat the Rich: The GameStop Saga is a breezy, easily digested summary of events recent enough to feel timely, but also just far enough in the past to require a recap of some of the messier details. Go to Full Review

Ollie W 11/12/2022 They could have told the story in a fraction of the time. It's very dumbed down and drawn out. See more Michael W @mawilps 10/16/2022 This docuseries was really good. The entire crew did an excellent job on bringing this David vs. Goliath story to life. It's about doing something no one thought was possible and making the rich people suffer the same way we did during tough economic times. If you're a Netflix member, you should watch this docuseries. Don't listen to the terrible reviews this series is getting. Those people have terrible tastes in entertainment. It's worth watching. See more ryan s 10/07/2022 This TV show should be outlawed for misinformation/ "fake news". It has the potential to intentionally misinform viewers into without providing any source of legitimate educational value. Go read Thomas Sowell books if you would actually like to learn about how economics and finance work in the modern world and be able to form your own personal opinions about the subject. See more Fred M 10/06/2022 Great illustration of all the pieces that were required to come together, almost magically, to create such a mess (with financial explanations along the way - short options, hedge funds, etc.). I started with a preconceived David vs. Goliath notion of what had occurred, only to be surprised at who the real bad guys might have been, and the consequences of not playing by the rules. See more lou d 10/03/2022 Gaming Wall st was way better. Also any time you put Taylor Lorenz in something the score goes down. She's insufferable See more elliot s 10/01/2022 I knew this was going to be a complete waste of time and I was right. See more Read all reviews
