The one with better food, service and presentation gets an advantage the following day, and that round adds local trucks to the mix to toughen the contest. Whichever team has a higher profit after two days gets a food truck for one year. Besides rotating guest judges, the panel features radio host Steak Shapiro and restaurateur Alpana Singh. Former pro football player Jesse Palmer hosts.
