Critic Reviews for Grey's Anatomy Season 17

As Grey's Anatomy sought to shove as many covid-19 references into an episode as it could, I felt more exhausted than healed.

Features one of the most coronavirus-centric TV plots we've seen since studios started filming again. The result is one of the most moving season premieres in the show's history, which after nearly two decades is saying a lot.

Though the two-hour Grey's Anatomy Season 17 premiere largely focuses on the current health crisis, it still manages to offer romance, lighthearted moments, and an emotional surprise that no one could have seen coming.

crap. we waited with bated breath. the characters have gone flat, the writers have clearly lost their zest for life, the acting is cardboard, the storylines are cheesy to the point of mold in what should have been an easy knock out of the park given the pandemic.

Only 3 episodes in and don't want to even watch anymore. I love this series, but there is no need to bring COVID into it. It's a TV show that people watch to relax and enjoy. We hear enough about COVID in our own life and now it's a main point in every episode 😒. Disappointed.

The first two episodes are insane!

Last night was the most boring, convoluted two hour television show I've ever watched. Story lines were all over the place and they have actually made the characters unlikeable. I'm done!
